Below is a presentation that I gave for an Introduction to Communication course at Kent State University. This is an example of a time that I wanted to give an informative speech in order to convey an important issue that is going to impact the Trucking Industry in the future. I utilize skills like this when informing my clients about insurance and transportation related topics. This truly shows that I am an expert in the area that I service on a day-to-day basis.
